The CEO, Dan, is a CPA from Long Island, NY with a Master's degree in Accounting who spent years in the corporate accounting world. Then he met my wife, a freelance producer, whose work was exciting, unpredictable and whose books were, let’s just say, less exciting. Then that’s when he realized that there’s a disconnect: freelancers need bookkeeping that makes sense for the way they actually work. That's when SoJourney was born.
